Ignorance, a person that lives their lives without any knowledge of what they may come across in life, people who do not give themselves the chance to learn new things and to experience new things. Once they come across things in life they do not know how to handle the situation. For example, as Tolstoy stated ?people of this sort is chiefly women, or very young or very dull people,? dull people do not seek information or knowledge of any sort; they are not open to new ideas and new thoughts. Young people are not concerned with the meaning of life they are young and they want to have fun, to them that is just more work for them and less play to think about the reason why we are here. This answer does not suit me at all.

Epicureanism, people who are aware of what awaits them but choose to live their lives to the fullest, not worry about what is going to happen in the end but are concerned with the here and now. They know that there is sickness, old age and eventually death to come, but they do not worry themselves with that. I guess they feel that when it is their time to go then they will go, they are not afraid of death.

Strength and energy, killing yourself because you know that the afterlife is much better then living on earth. I can?t explain this anymore than that.

Weakness, knowing that death is maybe the best thing for you but, you are not able to end your life.

I think that I fit into Epicureanism, because I know what lies ahead, I know that eventually I will die, but I don?t think that just because I know this that I should just end my life. There is a reason why we are here; I don?t know the answer! I think that most people fit in this category. What category do you fit in?
