I messed up; I made a mistake,

But please, haste do not take.

I love you more than any action or words could ever express,

Still I find my heart drowning in loneliness.

I know what I’ve done, but not why I did it,

Yet I don’t get why I did this to someone who loved me every minute.

You were always there, and I took that for granted,

And when you told me we were through my heart grew frantic.

I’m miserable without you and mad at myself,

‘Cause what I did was lower that the depths of Hell.

I have this problem where I think of myself and no on else,

And in this case it leaves me by myself.

You?re the one I should be with, and this you know,

And hopefully someday later in life together we will continue to grow.
