3 – 6 months Employee discounts on merchandise, participation in the Morgan Stores’ plan, and the company’s pension plan. Paid public holidays, birthdays off with pay, and sick leave are also included. Travel insurance for any trips made on company business, health insurance, and any time off needed due to a family death are also paid for.

6 + months Employee discounts on merchandise, automatic participation in the Morgan Stores’ plan, and the company’s pension plan.
