I cannot sleep

This pain within me

Is much too deep

My chest is aching

I feel the love

Your face, so soft

Just like a dove

I cannot hide, restless nights

You’re always there

A gentle touch

Once, twice, it is too much

Your endless smile

Your eyes so bright

They gleam in heaven

Within the night

My past with pain

I must move on

But when?

These feelings tear me up

I want you
