Immigrants

America is a nation of immigrants. Immigrants come to America to get benefit

from social security, medical benefits and job opportunities. I don’t see any difference

between legal or illegal immigrants because those immigrants came to America to live, not

to make trouble. They just want earn money, feed their family and live happily. Those

immigrant don’t want to be illegal, America makes them illegal. They don’t want to steal

all those benefits, I am sure they want to pay necessary tax. So everybody wants to ignore

them, they are not enemies nor animals. Those immigrants not only get the benefits from

US but also they brought a lot of good things to America with them.

Legal or illegal immigrants brought all kind of good things like music, science, art

especially their cultures. Nobody can pay them back what they did to this country. These

people came to America and cultural diversity began. There are both good and bad effects

of cultural diversity. For example, one good effect is people learned a lot from each

other’s culture, life styles, etc. The bad thing about it is that some people have prejudice

about the other cultures, races and religions. So they didn’t want to accept it and fights

began between them. If you ask me who are the true Americans, I would say those legal

or illegal immigrants because those people left their counties and came to America to be

an American, not the people who born in America, they didn’t choose to born in this

country.
