Water retention is the most simplest way to avoid too much fat, disgestive programs,
toxins, and muscle sorenesses. Water is found all over the earth and also about 60 to 70
percent of our body is made up of water. We can go without food for more than two
months, but we can only survive for a few days if we didn’t have any water. This fact can
tell you just about how important water is to us. Many Americans these days don’t drink
enough water. Dr. Albert Gyorgyi once said “There is no Life without any Water”.
According to Gyorgyi, without any water, we’d be dead by our own waste products and
toxins from metabolism. Water is necessary to digestion and metabolism, without it
wastes are not removed from our body as effectively as they should be. Water helps
carry nutrients and oxygen to our body cells. Water regulates our body temperature
through perspiration, which cools the body down. we could not breathe properly without
water. Water moistens our lungs, causing the intake of oxygen and release of carbon
dioxide. An average person can lose up to 1 pint of liquid just by exhaling. So if you
don’t drink enough water, you can seriously harm you body’s ability to function. A well
know physician Dr. Howard Flaks say’s “As a result of not drinking enough water, many
people encounter such problems as excess body fat, poor muscle tone and size, decreased
digestive efficiency and organ function, increased toxicity in the body, joint and muscle
soreness and water retention.”
