In a coma for four years after being shot by the killer who murdered her mother, stacy awakens. Stacy tells reporters she knows the killer but cannot see his face. While babysitting, one of the kids sees man looking into stacy’s house, and later she gets a mysterious phone call from the killer who had seen her in the paper. At her welcome home party, she escorted outside by an old friend whom she realizes is the killer because of his yellowish eyes. Jarod, the killer, is arrested but he has a sezure and is taken to the hospital where he escapes and goes after stacy. He traps her in a treehouse, but she climbs out of the window, the unsteady treehousefalls to the ground and takes jarod with it. Just as stacy pulls a gun on jarod, jeff, stacy’s boyfriend, jumps out of the bushes and reveals he is an undercover narcotics police officer.
